Payments
Nothing to pay online. In and around Nairobi you pay on delivery; elsewhere in Kenya, half up front and the rest on delivery.
Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos
Place your order and pay on delivery, by M-PESA or cash. Collecting from the studio works the same way: pay when you collect.
Everywhere else in Kenya
- Place your order. It's confirmed straight away and the items are set aside for you.
- We email and text you the M-PESA details for a 50% deposit, which covers transport.
- Once the deposit is in, we send your order. Pay the rest on delivery.
Prices
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the M-PESA number you paid from, once a returned item has been checked.
Services and company orders
Fittings are free. Repairs and custom builds are quoted first and paid on collection. Corporate orders are paid by invoice once you accept a quote.
