How it works

  • Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • We confirm your order by email and text you when it's on its way, with the courier's details.
  • Follow your order any time from your account or with Track an order.
  • The fee comes from the county on your delivery address, and shows the moment you choose it at checkout.
  • Outside Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos, a 50% deposit is paid before we dispatch. See Payments.
