Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from or book a service with Stripped Golf, Nairobi, Kenya.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT.
• In Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos, and for collection, you pay on delivery by M-PESA or cash. Elsewhere in Kenya, a 50% deposit is paid before we dispatch; we send the payment details once your order is in, and the rest is paid on delivery.
• If a price is shown wrongly, we'll tell you before we send the order and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

We show products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can vary. Stock is confirmed when you pay; if something sells out first, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery and collection

Fees and times are on the delivery page. Times are estimates; we'll tell you if anything is delayed.

Returns

See our returns policy. Your rights under Kenyan consumer law are not affected.

Services

• Club fittings are free. Please cancel online if you can't make it.
• Repairs and custom builds are quoted before work starts and paid on collection.
• Corporate orders are confirmed by accepting a quote and paid by invoice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You can buy as a guest, and you can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Reviews

Reviews are checked before they appear. We publish honest reviews, good or bad, and remove ones that are offensive, off-topic or contain personal information.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If we change them, the terms that applied when you placed your order still apply to that order.
